General terms and conditions (GTC) of Merandi Schweiz, Mobile Projekt Management GmbH, Neudorfstrasse 6, 6313 Menzingen, Switzerland. Hereinafter referred to as MERANDI.ch.
Scope of application
The General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “GTC”) apply to all legal transactions which are carried out via the online shop of MERANDI.ch) can be made
MERANDI.ch reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time. In each case, the valid version of the order at the time of the order shall be authoritative. GTC.
Exclusivity
MERANDI.ch is the exclusive sales platform for MERANDI products in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Exceptions to this exclusivity must and a reference to MERANDI.ch is necessary without exception.
Products, Offers and Price
The online offer is aimed at customers from Switzerland or from Liechtenstein.
The refined glasses offered by MERANDI.ch are are unique. This means that every glass is unique in detail. All Images of products in the online shop, in brochures or other Advertising media may differ from the purchased item.
An offer is valid as long as it can be found in the online shop and is in stock. Changes in price and assortment are possible at any time. The price in the online shop at the time of the order is considered to be the decisive price.
If the total order value (less vouchers or credit notes) is less than CHF 200.00, a shipping fee will be charged. This share of the costs is shown separately at the end of the ordering process and on the invoice.
The prices listed in the online shop are in Swiss francs and are final prices including VAT.
If gift or voucher cards are offered and sold, they are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
Order / Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop is not a legally binding request, but a non-binding online catalogue or a non-binding online catalogue or a non-binding request to the customers to order the product in the online shop.

MERANDI.ch is free to refuse orders without giving reasons. In this case, the customer will be informed and any payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.
Availability and delivery
Deliveries are made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
The delivery address must be easily accessible by truck. If this is not the case, the customer bears any additional costs.
The goods are delivered according to the delivery time in the online shop. In case of delay in delivery, the customer will be informed immediately by MERANDI.ch.
Due to production or delivery bottlenecks, delivery delays may occur in exceptional cases (among others: epidemics, pandemics, natural disasters etc.). Compensation is excluded,as far as no gross negligence exists. The delivery will be made as long asstocks last. If not all ordered products are in stock,partial deliveries are possible.
No deliveries are made on Sundays and official national or cantonal holidays. On Saturdays or local holidays there is no guarantee for delivery. For such days, the following day is considered the date of delivery.
The customer assumes responsibility for the delivered products as soon as they are received by the delivery service. If there is a special agreement between the customer and the delivery service regarding delivery without direct acceptance, this is also considered as acceptance of receipt.
The delivery costs, if applicable, will be listed as an additional item in the shopping cart and on the invoice.
Orders in exceptional quantities may be refused without justification.
Payment and payment options
Payments must be made in Swiss francs.
The payment methods accepted are those offered in the the online shop.
Vouchers can be used as means of payment by using the voucher code. The validity of the voucher is limited to the expiry date printed on it.
Gewährleistung und Mängelrüge
A general right of return of faultless and correctly delivered products does not exist. The warranty is explicitly excluded if the goods have already been used or washed (damage to water control marks).
If there is an obvious damage to the packaging or the contents of a delivery, the customer has to complain immediately to the deliverer and to refuse acceptance, notwithstanding his right to claim for defects. The customer is obliged to have the supplier issue a damage confirmation. All transport damages must also be reported immediately in writing by letter or email to the address given in the imprint.
The customer must check the ordered goods immediately upon receipt for correctness, completeness and delivery damages. In the event of defects or deviations from the order, notification must be made immediately in writing by letter or email to the address given in the imprint.. If this is omitted, the delivery is deemed to be approved as free of defects.
Right of cancellation for card payments
For card payments, the purchased goods can be returned within ten days in the undamaged original packaging, provided the goods are in perfect condition and have not been used or washed (damage water control mark). For returns, the return conditions must be observed (see Returns section).
Return shipment
If you wish to return the goods, please contact us in advance and state your wish to return the goods. In case of withdrawal, a refund of the purchase price will only be made concurrently with the return of the goods delivered to the customer. The goods must be in their original packaging, unused and resalable as new. The return must be sent to the address given in the imprint. The return is at the expense and risk of the customer.
In general, a flat rate of CHF 20.00 applies for returns.
Articles that are impaired by signs of use or otherwise damaged cannot be returned. The same applies if accessories (e.g. original packaging) are missing when returning the goods.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies exclusively, excluding conflict of laws norms and the Vienna Sales Convention.
Place of jurisdiction for natural persons is Zug or the residence of the customer. Exclusive place of jurisdiction for legal entities is Zug.
